Firstly, it is a fact that there is currently no known permanent cure for psoriasis, so if you hear that there is one at some site, look away fast as it’s a pure lie.

Having this condition didn’t help me socially, especially in school. All the girls would tease me on how ugly my skin looked. This made me a loner in school and by the time i got into college, i always wore long sleeves and pants to make sure no one noticed my condition. I was determined to find a good treatment on how to cure psoriasis but it would always lead to a dead end.

I tried natural home cures which took too much of my time cause i had to buy this, that and then mix it up or i can’t just apply it instanty in case i had to rush out. Though i did do this for awhile, it was not efficient enough. Sure i tried the doctors, but the only thing i got was an injection and i had to keep on going back to get the jab, which i did not like and not to mention costly. So i kept on searching for a better cure.

Eventually i stumbled across a solution called Dermasis which i found this year (2009). It’s a simple cream product which i can just rub on my skin. I couldn’t believe how well it worked. It doesn’t take long for the product to work and in my case, 3 days. It manages my condition very well and it’s the most cost effective treatment i found to date. The only downside of Dermasis is that I can’t get it at my local pharmarcy yet. It’s currently only available online but i guess it’s won’t take long to be available in my local stores.

Your treatments may include prescriptions and/or natural cures. The first of these, you probably use an ointment or a topical cream to help control your psoriasis. A good aspect of these therapies, most of which are hundreds of years, is that they can compliment your medication and does not cause any side effects.

A healthy diet and exercise can also be useful in trying to achieve psoriasis cures. Eat plenty of dense food nutrition and low calories food industrial or empty. Practice at least three times a week. This strengthen the immune system while reducing the stress levels. Both will help control your psoriasis.

Certain remedies from your kitchen cupboard may also be useful for psoriasis cures. Oil vinegar Apple cider and vegetable or olive oil may be added to bath water to help relieve symptoms. The aloe vera can be applied directly on the skin and may help clarify psoriasis. To do an ointment by yourself, mix baking soda with normal water and use a plain normal cloth to apply the mixture to your skin where psoriasis is the most embarrassing. However these treaments are not the best cures for psoriasis.

One topical solution that i recently found out and now currently use for curing psoriasis is called Dermasis. It works quite well and it now replaces all my other methods. Oils and fats are often used both in topical and it is reported that topical application of internal psoriasis cure. The saturated fats – ie. the coconut oil, which are composed of saturated fat to about 90% – is very beneficial for psoriasis. Mainly due to its high content of saturated fat, coconut oil is an excellent softening and moisturizing cream for psoriasis.

Some other oils that are useful for curing psoriasis are evening primrose oil, grape seed oil, palm oil, soybean, rapeseed and sunflower oil, as well as eggs. These treatments are all based on psoriasis natural cures and I’ve used them in the past for relief.

Using these natural cures for psoriasis does help, but eventually i stumbled across a solution i found in Dermasis. I couldn’t believe how well it worked and it’s pretty straightforward as to applying it to infected areas. What is psoriasis?
Psoriasis is a skin disease in which increased rough and reddened areas appear, covered with fine silvery scales. Most of the time psoriasis does cause swelling and scaling with spots that are thick and red in color. They usually can be found at areas around the knees, scalp, face, lower back, elbows, palms, soles of the feet, other parts of the legs, finger nails or toenails at the inside the mouth and genital area.

Causes and symptoms of psoriasis
The rash consists of a chronic inflammatory process in the true skin, the taste buds which become considerably extended and more vascular than usual. Changes in the cuticle also affect the skin. The condition usually appears for the first time around adolescence or early adulthood. It is often a family illness occurring in different generations, and often is associated with gout or rheumatism. In some people, psoriasis appears several times in a particular season, especially in spring and fall, but it is not at all infectious.

It is believed that impurities in the blood are associated with emotional factors are usually the cause of this disease. Psoriasis happens in different forms, but usually involves thickening and reddening of the skin patches. Again, patches of psoriasis typically occur on the elbows, knees, scalp and lower back. These corrections may have a silvery-white balance thick dead skin on top, and can be irritating.

Now, here are some tips that you can use to avoid psoriasis and/or curing psoriasis.

Foods, milk curds, salt and spices should be avoided. If the patient can not survive in a salt-free diet, they may be allowed a little salt. Vegetables like drumstick, bitter squash, and tlowers of the neem tree are useful in dealing with this condition. Clothes made of synthetic fibers should not be worn by the patient. They should not scratch the affected parts.
